The Duncan Brothers find themselves burdened with a legacy they never asked for. Will the mystical power of the blood sword exorcise the ancient Celtic Curse that has haunted their bloodline for generations.

Recently real life caught up with both the Duncan Brothers being diagnosed with genetic blood condition known as the ‘Celtic curse’, aka hemochromatosis. It basically means our blood fills up with iron, which if untreated can be fatal. Thankfully we found out early and can now go through the treatment which is blood letting regularly. We want to spread awareness for this condition as well as further process it’s impact on our lives the only way we know how: through the medium of live theatre. We are two clowns with very big ambitions to make the most epic and poignant theatre show ever, a production that shows both our version of the myth behind the ‘Celtic curse’ as well as the rather more dry realty of this medical condition.

The Duncan Brothers - winners of the 2019 Malcom Hardee for comic originality.  Makers of previous shows Legs, Logs & most recently Rob Duncan: Baby Trains and Jeremy Segway: a life out of balance.
